Description:
Our award-winning and growing organization is look for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for the President and departmental executives.

Provide administrative support to President and executives in the Sales, Administration and Service departments
-
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheets or database software
-
Accept incoming memos, submissions and questions to determine their significance and plan their distribution
-
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence including faxes and e-mail
-
File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
-
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries

Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings, events and travel

Assist with managing and maintaining executives’ schedules

Create and distribute pricing bulletins, promotions, corporate announcements and standard operation procedures

Conduct administrative maintenance in internal database software

Create presentations in PowerPoint for internal and external meetings

Requirements:

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Description:
The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time business-to-business sales professional who is responsible for retaining and growing current accounts and for gaining new market share within a given geographic territory.

Articulate and position products, services and solutions to key decision makers

Aggressively pursue competitive accounts and differentiate Centric from competitors

Manage the entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging specialists as needed

Propose and close sales that achieve total revenue growth, profit and customer satisfaction plans

Keep abreast of changes in technology and understanding of basic user abilities

Prepare daily/weekly action plans by individuals as well as by team to insure focused activity

Warehouse Assistant/ Driver
Description:
At Centric we are currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant to perform a variety of duties in the warehouse. Main Responsibilities: 1) Assist with the shipping and receiving of supplies and equipment, 2) Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in warehouse, 3) Transfer materials from storage to designated areas, 4) Store items in an orderly and accessible manner, 5) Assist drivers with loading/unloading truck and customer deliveries, 6)Maintain safety, organization and cleanliness of warehouse 7) Drive 16' box truck to make delievers on occassion
Requirements:
High school diploma. Strong customer service skills. 1-2 years of related warehouse experience. Positive references. Clean driving and background record. Lifting required
